Lasso selection

im using AutoCAD Lt 2006. i wonder if there is a way to make a lasso selection? (like in Photoshop)?

 

(couldn't find any info, maybe AutoCAD calls it something other than lasso:oops:)

Some commands will let you use the FENCE option like Move.

if you type a command like Copy, then ? it gives you a list of expected entries. There is WPolygon and CPolygon that might work. But I think lasso attaches to the edge of entities doesn't it? I don't think autocad will do that.
