Adding text to dims Inventor 11

I'm trying to add text to some dims. I've followed the tutorial and it will not display the text. It gets lost in space (the text). Is there something I'm not doing right? Or is it this version that might be bugged?

There is a Hotfix for this problem on the Autodesk Inventor website.

i face the same problem before but after installing the hotfix .... problem solved.

 

But recently i face the problem again , Any specific new update that cause such problem again .... How to fix this problem
