Tyke Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 I've just bought myself a new 64 bit computer and installed AutoCAD Civil 3D 2011 64 bit. I successfully returned my 32 bit licence to Autodesk and then picked up the licence in the 64 bit. It would appear that all is working well with one exception. When I move the mouse/crosshairs the view cube and the toolbar flash. Its very distracting and annoying, does anyone know what the problem is? Quote
nestly Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 Sounds like a video driver/conflict to me. Try toggling hardware acceleration on/off. If that solves it, then you can look into tweaking your 3D config settings, changing your video driver, or looking for other software such as mouse or antivirus that's might be conflicting with your video. Tyke Posted March 20, 2011 Author Posted March 20, 2011 Hi Nestly, I turned hardware acceleration off and all is now well. Thanks for your help. Quote
Raudel Solis Posted March 20, 2011 Posted March 20, 2011 i believe without hard ware acceleration the display would be limited a little, whats your new computers graphics card and did you install the available service pack for civil 3d? Quote
