KEYNOTES: Wrong Notation Display even after correctly selecting keynote from database

When I select a keynote database, and the list is displayed, on the upper right hand area of the window, the icons for adding, editing, and deleting listed key notes are grayed out and can't be selected...

 

What's wrong? :shock:
