Whenever I start ACAD this runs. What does it mean?

Substituting [sANSSB__.TTF] for [sasb____.pfb].

.ttf files are truetype fonts. That one is not found by autoCAD so it is using a default from its own database.

The drawing references a font that AutoCAD can not find.

you can solve this by finding the font you are missing (not always easy) and putting it in the windows directory

if you see that every time you start AutoCAD (rather than every time you open a particular drawing) it is probably your default dwt file that references the .pfb font.
