Inventor will automatically constrain this sketch for you as you sketch it. Saves work to have Inventor do stuff for you. at the moment hence it not being constrained. A rail must be tangent continuous - you were missing a tangent constraint. Just constrained it n i still get the error and it wont follow the rail. Actually - you don't have a rail - see attached.
