Vertices Hover Menu

Hi,

 

I'm wondering if there is a way to disable the menu that appears when you hover over polyline nodes/vertices in Autocad 2011.

 

I use mainly typed commands and am finding that when I select a polyline, I go to type a command and because my mouse is still on the polyline, half the time it ends up performing a completely different command because the menu has appeared in the meantime.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

is this 'dynamic input' or 'quick properties'?

I've had the same trouble, just didn't take the time to look into it. You should be able to fix this. Go to the Options window, Selection tab, and uncheck "show dynamic grip menu."
