cr8 Posted September 30, 2008 Posted September 30, 2008 I've noticed that there are certain cad drawings in our company's files that run very slowly in paper space when a selection of an object or text is performed. If you select items in model space, speed is fine. Even other paperspace tabs selection speeds are fine. Just 1 or 2 paperspace tabs run slowly and it only occurs in certain drawings. Can someone tell me if there's a speed setting I need to change for selection in paperspace versus model space? I can't find it. thanks. Quote

cr8 Posted September 30, 2008 Author Posted September 30, 2008 I do have 3 viewports on one layout. However, I've been in other drawings with more viewports, but the paperspace selection was fine. This just happens in certain drawings. I just got fed up & need answers. thx Quote
jaylo23 Posted September 30, 2008 Posted September 30, 2008 Do you have the viewport set to a different visual style other than 2d wireframe. And is there alot of xrefs in this particular drawing versus any other that seemed fine. Quote
