MRAKA Posted April 18, 2011 Posted April 18, 2011 Does anyone know how to change the menu bar settings on True view 2011. where are they hidden on my PC? Everytime I open the application the ribbon is missing. I want it to stay there! Andrew Quote
Dana W Posted April 18, 2011 Posted April 18, 2011 True View takes on the characteristics of the drawing that is opened within it. All the ribbon and tools definitions are in your drawing profile, not in True View. I don't think there is any way to do what tou want since True View depends on your AutoCAD support files to function. If I am wrong, I am sure I will be corrected, just watch. Quote
MRAKA Posted April 18, 2011 Author Posted April 18, 2011 Thats sounds about right. All my guys in the drawing office dont use the Ribbon as we have specific toolbars set up for our type and work so its not really needed - so when non autocad users are viewing the drawings via True view they are not seeing the ribbon. Makes sense now. King regards, Andrew Wales UK Quote
