Skeeps Posted October 1, 2008 Posted October 1, 2008 How come this happens, I'm just editing a titleblock and want to display the drawing number in both the top right and bottom left of the drawing. I want it so that if one is changed automatically so is the other. Anyone know why It appears red here? Quote

Skeeps Posted October 14, 2008 Author Posted October 14, 2008 Hello I'm back, sorry it took so long. Right I've got my two attributes tags called DRAWNO1 and DRAWNO2 If I go to attedit and right click in the DRAWNO1 value box then fields ...where to now? Lots of options, but I'm a bit lost. Quote

Then Object type then select DRAWNO1 attribute Then select Value in the Property Column ok it now save the block or close it. Re insert it into the drawing - double click on the DRAWNO2 attribute Double click in the value opening up the Fields box click on the select object type again! and select DRAWNO1 attribute again! Then click in the property column your DRAWNO1 tag and ok it and apply. Don't know why you have to do it twice!! anyway now when you change your DRAWNO1 attribute the other should change when you do a regen.
