Prefix for the dimensions-- dimlinear

i have drawn a line of 10 units

when i use dimlinear i get he measure of 10

 

i want to add a prefix to the dimension for example

! ! ! !

 

can some one help me out with this and i need it in normal autolisp routine as i dont use ads

i checked it with dimpost but its adding a suffix to it instead of a prefix

Bring up your dimension dialogue box, select the dim style you are using or create a new one, hit the modify button, and under the "primary units tab" there is a section called prefix and suffix. Add "pcd" in the prefix section.
