In the example below, I would like to select the three dimensions 14'-1 3/8's, 2', 28' and be able to move them all up or down at the same time...how do I do that?

I would use the STRETCH command

Stretch doesn't seem to work the way I would like it to. I was hoping I could select the dimensions and move the grip of one of them and that would move all of the dimensions up or down at the same time.

What does that even mean?

I use stretch for this very task (on occasion), and it allows me to take multiple, in-line dimensions.
