What is this? It probably means that Express Tools is not loaded or the commands you are trying to use have been undefined.

 

Did you try what I suggested previously or not?

Did you try using a period before the command like this: .TCOUNT ?

 

Is the Express Tools folder listed in the Support File Search Path?

At the command line type EXPRESSTOOLS, enter. If you installed the express tools then this will load them. If it says unknown command then you don't have them installed. Also run EXPRESSMENU, again at the command line.
