Mostly Nice Posted May 19, 2011 Posted May 19, 2011 Hey, Just updating the our .cuix to accomodate our needs in 2012. Does anyone rememeber the 'Window' drop down menu in 2008? It would let you cycle between the drawings you have open. Have they taken this away? Fed up of using Alt+TAB to navigate between. I cant find that window under any .cuix file. Has anyone got a .cuix file that i can do a partial load on or something? Really, really cannot figure this one out. Cheers, Nice, Mostly. Quote
Tiger Posted May 19, 2011 Posted May 19, 2011 I can't say that I remember exactly what you are referring too, but it sounds like something that has been replaces with the Quick View Drawings. You access it by the two-window-button at the right-hand bottom side of AutoCAD. functions. Quote
alanjt Posted May 19, 2011 Posted May 19, 2011 If you have menubar set to 1, you should be able to see the pulldowns. From there, if 'Window' isn't loaded, just load it through the cui editor. On a side note, I prefer to use a drawing tab controller like: http://www.caelink.com/drawing_tabs.htm Quote

BlackBox Posted May 19, 2011 Posted May 19, 2011 I use MDITabs ARX: Download AutoCAD MDITabs ARX (“MDITabs” is available in 32-Bit, and 64-Bit, and is compatible with AutoCAD versions 2007-2012) More about MDITabs (a free bonus tool from Autodesk). Quote
