IJC Posted May 22, 2011 Posted May 22, 2011 I have sketched my first skeletal frame for the frame generator and i please would like someone/anyone to check if it is correctly sketched.My next step is to learn how to add beams etc..etc..To make sure i am on the right track is the skeleton correctly sketched,if not what could i do to improve itCT MAIN.zip? kencaz Posted May 22, 2011 Posted May 22, 2011 I could not pull in your IPT either it's corrupt or your not on 2011... I would not worry so much about your sketch... Just put your sketch lines where you want your beam placement, you can do the trimming in the Frame Generator. You'll have to insert your .ipt file into a new assembly .iam file to use the frame generator. Then just choose "Insert Frame" and select your sketch lines. As I stated you can trim everything later within the generator. Here is a simple example: KC Quote
