Error: Invalid reference to segment object used.

Hello everyone,

 

I'm working with a large assembly and recently have had this error popping up. It happens when I bring in a sub assembly (or any part really) to my main one and try constraining or using the assemble option. I've been doing this same sort of thing throughout the entire construction, so why would it all of a sudden give me this error? Hope one of you might have had this happen and can point me in the right direction. I would like to find a solution besides having to reconstruct the whole thing.
