idw metric and english dimensions

I have a metric ipt file that I'm making an ANSI C idw from, since I want the projected views to be placed in american style (i forget the terminology). How do I get some of the dimensions to show their metric equivalent in addition to the standard english units?

 

In AutoCAD I just had to click the " [[xx]] " button, but I can't find it in Inventor. Thanks.

In the idw, click manage tab, styles editor. Then expand the dimension tree and click on the style you are using. There you will see alternate units. Save it and dimension away.
