bherrard Posted July 8, 2011 Posted July 8, 2011 My firm has computers using both XP & Windows 7. Are there any known issues with working in the same drawing using different OS. We have 32 bit installs and 64 bit installs. I have been seeing alot of problems with our drawings and think this may be the reason? Any help will be appreciated. Quote

Lee Roy Posted July 8, 2011 Posted July 8, 2011 We have both XP and 7, 32 and 64 bit versions of both. We've encountered zero issues relating to operating systems (except one person is on WinMCE, but that's something else). The only issue we run into that isn't a user-issue, is that our AutoCAD randomly drops the user profile and CUI; it's done this since v2008 and continues through v2012. I made a lsp/dcl for the user to easily backup their profile and cui, and reload them in the future. Long winded...sorry...we've seen no issues linked to the operating systems. Quote
