Running scripts and getting an "AEC objects..." error message

When running scripts on multiple .dwg files, I get an error message:

"This application has detected a mixed version of AEC objects participating in this operation. Newer AEC objects will be disallowed from participating in this operation." This interupts the script file and prevents it from running smoothly and I have to click O.K. for the script to continue. We are using Autodesk Map 3D 2006. Anybody have a solution to this?

What script are you running? Sounds like you need a newer version of Civil 3D or remove any AEC objects created in newer versions.
