Text in paperspace is showing behind image in Modelspace

Hi ya,

 

This ones wrecking my brain a little.

I have text and arrows in paperspace that i can't get to display above the image which is in model space. i'm using draworder. i have tried sending text to front, sending image to back and also sending the Vports which display the image to back.

i've also tried copying text out of the drawing and bring it back in and it still goes behind the image.

anyone have any ideas?

Couple of questions...

 

Can you post an example?

Is it just that one drawing or does it happen on more?

It's just the one drawing, i have heaps of others that are fine.

having trouble uploading, the image file is a ecw file which i seem unable to upload.

Could this be something to do with the 'Plot paperspace last' setting in the plot dialogue?

Cheers for that, our cadet drafter pointed that out and it works for plotting as i was in a rush i forgot to check if it affected the paperspace view!

So...did that fix your problem?

Try setting "Layout Regen Options" to "Regen when switching layouts", this is in Options, System tab. (or type +options, enter, 4, enter, proceed from there.

Plot paperspace last works fine, if set in the page layout it also displays the text above correctly.
