GavinToTheO Posted July 14, 2011 Posted July 14, 2011 Hi there, I'm having trouble adding a plot stamp to my drawing in AutoCAD 2002. My drawing is in meters and the page in paper space is 0.841m wide by 0.594m high. I can not figure out the setting for the plot stamp to put it in the bottom left corner. This is my first time trying to use a plot stamp so things will need to be explaned most likely. Thanks! Quote
BIGAL Posted July 15, 2011 Posted July 15, 2011 need a bit more detail what is problem I do know of a bug that can happen about putting some objects at say 0.020,0.020 will not work as it is less than 1 unit if this is problem change title block to mm 841x594 ie scale up 1000. This would make your viewports scale correct now to. Quote
Pablo Ferral Posted July 15, 2011 Posted July 15, 2011 Here's a hint. The bottom left hand corner of the paper is 0,0,0. Quote
GavinToTheO Posted July 15, 2011 Author Posted July 15, 2011 Well I can get it to show up when I make a PDF Arch D size (settings X bottom left 57.00mm Y vertical 20.00mm offset "relative to printing area") but when I go to make an actual plot in the same size paper it dose not show up. This is strange is it not? Quote
SLW210 Posted July 15, 2011 Posted July 15, 2011 Can you post the file or some images? What is the importance of the Plot Stamp? Have you thought about using RTEXT with Diesel or maybe Fields? See THIS. Quote
