How do I generate a scene object list

Hi everyone, I want to pick the experts mind on Autocad....I design exhibition stands and have rrecently started to do my initial drawings in Autocad, I have all my system object saved as inportable objects, like coloumns beams ext. They each have unique names...

 

Can anyone explain to me how to generate a object list so I can view once my drawing is done how many of each object I have in my scene, this is driving my nuts. Please feel free to e-mail me if it requiers some explaining
