SLW210 Posted July 15, 2011 Posted July 15, 2011 type PLT2DWG on the command line or Express>Modify>File Tools>Convert PLT to DWG Quote
rkmcswain Posted July 15, 2011 Posted July 15, 2011 (edited) type PLT2DWG on the command line or Express>Modify>File Tools>Convert PLT to DWG That only works on really old HP-GL format plot files. my friend sent me a autocad plt file but i cant open it... Do you really need to open it or just plot/print it? Do you realize that a plot file is not a DWG? Even if you get a program that supposedly converts from PLT to DWG, you will be missing accuracy, layers, blocks, etc. Read more: http://cadpanacea.com/node/17 Edited July 15, 2011 by rkmcswain addition Quote
