symoin
Dear all, I recieved a drawing from a client, which has all the features on a coordinate system, But the drawing is rotated for some reason. Even after rotating the drawing the coordinates are the same as it was prior to rotation. I believ there may be some variables that has been changed for this. If a line is drawn [email=A@100 Waiting for your reply. Attached is the drawing. SYMOIN-2.dwg
Tyke
Try entering _UNITS and click on the Direction button and see if the option button North is selected, normally its set to east.
eldon
The first thing that I did was to turn on the UCS icon to see which way was up. Then I went to the command Plan, and accepted the World option. (The UCS was already in World.) Then it all made sense, although the grid coordinates did not agree with the screen coordinates, but it was simple to move the whole lot. RobDraw
The view of model space was rotated using DVIEW/TWIST.
