8743rees Posted July 26, 2011 Posted July 26, 2011 Hi All, I very new to 3d modelling and I looking for things to draw to improve my skills, I'd like to find drawings with measurements, again to improve my accuracy. Can any one point me in the direction where I can find such drawings. I found a few which I've done, could just do with more to work on. Regards 8743rees Quote
ReMark Posted July 26, 2011 Posted July 26, 2011 Books. Specifically technical drafting books. Authors include Spencer, French and Bertoline/Webe. There was a similar post recently asking about dimensioned drawings. Give it a read. Lots of links to stuff that might be of use to you. http://www.cadtutor.net/forum/showthread.php?61242-Where-to-look-for-fully-dimensioned-drawings-Please-Help! Quote
SLW210 Posted July 26, 2011 Posted July 26, 2011 Many manufacturer's sites have drawings available for download. Dodge, Rexnord, McMaster-Carr and Goodyear are just a few I use all of the time. Quote
