Anyone here learned from or taught from a good text for GD&T? If so what is the title and who is the author?

I need a recommendation from those that use or teach GD&T on a regular basis.

Thanks

What is GD&T?

Sorry, I didn't spell it out because I figured anyone that would be recommending a book would obviously know.

ASME Y14.5-1994 or 2009 Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing

DUH!! of course it is. I knew that. I was trying to come up with some sort of software or something. Must be past my bedtime.

Same here,

My first thought was great a new Cad software to learn.

It is usually just a chapter or two in a drafting text. At least it was when I took board drafting in school. If you find a book dedicated to GD&T let me know, I searched for a while and only came up with purchasing the actual specs fron ANSI.

I used a book similar, can't find the one that we use to use. We don't use much GD&T at my current job.

Looks like GD&T isn't used much, based on the responses, or lack thereof.

I have one by Alex Krulikowski that seems good but I was hoping someone would make a personal recommendation based on their experiences.

Thanks everyone.
