Panorama window missing

I am using AutoCAD Civil 3D 2009.

 

I recently just noticed that I no longer have a panorama window.

 

I have tried:

 

Toggling on/off with the button on toolspace.

Using alt+space to see if it is off screen.

Just about every other thing I can think of.

 

 

Is there anything that I am missing to get it back? Maybe a support file has been deleted or something. Anything would help.
