BruceBadger Posted August 31, 2011 Posted August 31, 2011 I am trying to insert a frame on a basic sketch but when I select insert frame the frame generator window pops up saying "Failed to read data from content center" and then expands to read "Content Center server query failed. Please check your Content Center configuration to make sure all required libraries are present or check Content Center connectivity to server" Any step by step help would be much appreciated, thankyou Quote
Lazer Posted August 31, 2011 Posted August 31, 2011 Have you installed Vault, I know in IV2012 you do not need Vault to access the content centre but if I remember correct in 2011 you will need Vault installed. Quote
