Please need help with drawing font style

Hi fellow drawers,

 

I'm a newbeee here. The names jase and please need some guidance for drawing fonts for laser cutting. I have thee 2002 version and need a font style similar to this one.

I do aplogise for not introducing myself, and just rushing to my needs,lol, but i like need this dudes.

Can anyone assist this desperate neeewbee:(

Kind of reminds me of one called Helvo (for Helvetica Open). Stykface posted a link to his website that has about 700+ fonts available to download for free. It's around here somewhere.

Is this a Studio Max question or an Autocad question or just a general question about fonts? Posting your question in the appropriate section of the forum will get you better results.

That said, do you have Express Tools? I do believe there is a Explode Text command in there.

Hi man, yea I have, but I need the letters to be laser cut out, as it shows in the drawing that i've loaded.thanks for input thought.:)

You have a font that you want to use, yes?

 

You need the letters as Lines?

 

TXTEXP will do just that.

 

If you need it as a DXF, you can do a Save As to a DXF.

Maybe this will end your agony. Saved in AutoCAD 2000 file format.

 

RevelationDesignsExploded.dwg

 

You'll have some cleaning up of extraneous lines to do.
