You could try searching for the exact font or something similar or you could bring an image into AutoCAD of the number 88 and trace over it using regular AutoCAD commands like line and arc.

 

I kind of doubt that you'll find a SHX font but it's worth a try. Take a look at this link re: 700+ fonts that Stykface made available to CT members.

As far as TrueType fonts go, well...there's a boatload of them out there so happy hunting if that's what you need.

I cannot see your 88 but used to go over to the Adobe-Pagemaker web-site as they were pretty good with finding fonts.
