thegodplato Posted September 21, 2011 Posted September 21, 2011 I'd like to get a font like the number 88 from here for use on our painted products. - http://www.google.co.uk/search?q=racing+numbers&hl=en&nord=1&biw=1280&bih=899&site=webhp&prmd=ivns&source=lnms&tbm=isch&ei=MOZ5ToLQJMa00QXszuysAQ&sa=X&oi=mode_link&ct=mode&cd=2&sqi=2&ved=0CDEQ_AUoAQ Has anyone got any advice? ReMark Posted September 21, 2011 Posted September 21, 2011 You could try searching for the exact font or something similar or you could bring an image into AutoCAD of the number 88 and trace over it using regular AutoCAD commands like line and arc. I kind of doubt that you'll find a SHX font but it's worth a try. Take a look at this link re: 700+ fonts that Stykface made available to CT members. http://www.cadtutor.net/forum/showthread.php?39712-762-SHX-AutoCAD-Fonts&highlight=fonts As far as TrueType fonts go, well...there's a boatload of them out there so happy hunting if that's what you need. Coosbaylumber Posted September 22, 2011 Posted September 22, 2011 I cannot see your 88 but used to go over to the Adobe-Pagemaker web-site as they were pretty good with finding fonts. Wm. Quote
