I have a model that appears to be too complex for exporting into AGI32 for lighting. I'm pretty sure I have seen several models exported from AutoCAD into AGI and rendered with lighting very successfully. Anyone have any tips or ticks to share?

Thanks

What steps are you taking? What file type are you exporting to?

Are you getting any messages? What are your computer specs?

I'm exporting a dwg file directly into AGI32. It's an electrical substation with many complex objects. No messages just freezing (or extremely long importing time as I have terminated AGI 30 mins into the operation). Objects I'm attempting to import exceed 51mb.

I'm pretty sure that the CPU isn't powerful enough.

I would just let it run overnight and see what happens.

Thanks. My patience...or lack thereof, is often an issue with the results I desire. I'll give it a go and post some results.
