There is a thread here at CADTutor that explains how one forum member accomplished the task. Take a look around. I'm sure you could find it.

 

And, yes, I do have an idea or two myself.

If you scroll down below these replies, there is a "similar threads" listing. As I write this there are 5 different ones, one of them with 20 replies. Looks like a fun thing to draw. Good luck with it.

yeah jack but the one that i saw is there is no picture just text :( hey guys how to make a center bore like this i mean close center on so that i will not make a separate then i just going to subtract it.

yea but the problem is i dont have idea to make that rim does example on that thread is only a 1 object then subtract? or its seperated the rim and the center?

dink this is my final project the wheels is another part and we will choose to make car, a billiard table, a ak47 gun model through autocad

This is also a great lesson for drawing a nice car wheel:

 

All drawn in SolidWorks although it would be easy to convert the commands into AutoCAD.

Glad my link helped, I might upload my tyre and wheel I drew from those tutorials.
