Granting access to Subscription Web Support

What is your opinion on granting Web Support to Subscription accounts for users? We are talking about a few hundered users here. As the CAD IT guy, I would like to get everyone on a subscription account for the e-learning stuff. I'm kind of afraid to give Web Support to everyone because Autodesk may get spammed all the time with dumb questions which would better be solved by scanning forums. My thought was to grant it to only the CAD coordinator/guru types for our various departments. What do you guys think?

You might try setting up a sort of help desk for each department, which you may unofficially have already in your "coordinator/guru" people. Let those people have access and see how it goes. If they get overwhelmed and can't do their own work, consider expanding the access.

 

Another option is to look at some extra training. If your users are constantly asking for help, they don't know what they need to know to do their jobs. Sometimes a manual of standard practices will go a long way towards answering those questions.
