Guest JoeRoscia
When I have a drawing open in AutoCAD LT 2012 any xrefs are very dull or perhaps dark is a better description and on a black background tend to be very difficult to see. Is there a setting somewhere I can change to brighten up the xref? Thanks.
tzframpton
Try this: http://exchange.autodesk.com/autocad/enu/online-help/search#WS1a9193826455f5ff-3a29af00119afd28e95-7ea6.htm All you need to do is toggle the XDWGFADECTL variable. EDIT: It might be easier to go to Options > Display and edit the values under "Fade Control". rkent
Strangely enough I think the variable is XDWGFADECTL.
tzframpton
Strangely enough I think the variable is XDWGFADECTL. Whoops!! You're right. I updated my link. XFADECTL was for references edited in place. Thanks for catching that rkent.
