mdistefano Posted October 19, 2011 Posted October 19, 2011 I am an electrician who uses Autocad 2005 for my drawings, I consider myself mostly a cut and patch guy. My problem is the Arx error message when I try to cut and paste right clicking on the mouse from drawing to another drawing. There is a fix using XP but my new work station is Windows 7. Is there a hotfix yet for this with windows 7?? Quote
SLW210 Posted October 19, 2011 Posted October 19, 2011 What is the error message you are getting? Quote

SLW210 Posted October 19, 2011 Posted October 19, 2011 Where the drawings created with a 2007 product? There is also a hotfix for 2007 for a cut and paste problem, though that needed to be applied to the 2007. You may need to open the files with DWG TrueView 2012 and save them down, it should fix your problem. Quote
mdistefano Posted October 19, 2011 Author Posted October 19, 2011 It does happen when the drawings are created with a newer version, not just 2007. Remember electrician, what is DWG Trueview 2012? Quote
