Unknown Command "Ribbon"

Did you experience any problems during the installation phase?

One option would be to run a REPAIR upon the installation. This should always be considered before deciding to do an uninstall/reinstall.

One idea but it doesn't even seem plausible. Maybe the command is undefined and has to be redefined. But that seems totally insane since this is a new install.

Some dlls, arx file, cuix files, etc are loaded during the launching of the AutoCAD and you need to verify that the files corresponding the ribbon is loaded correctly during launching of the AutoCAD. if other functionalities are not comprised in the installation then some file placement issue is causing the same. It needs to be verified on the system itself and then only the correct diagnosis can be provided.
