Cad64 Posted October 29, 2011 Share Posted October 29, 2011 Is this the result of mirroring half the face? If so, you will need to select "Editable Poly" in the modifier stack and then attach the other half of the face. Then you can weld the vertices. Here's a tip: When working on a face, it's best to use a so that the work you do on one side of the face is automatically transferred to the other side. Jemii Posted October 29, 2011 Author Share Posted October 29, 2011 It doesn't seem to work :/ i used mirror then instance i'll be using the symmetry modifier next time! when i click attach the only option i get is to attach it to the refrence planes! Cad64 Posted October 29, 2011 Share Posted October 29, 2011 That's because you mirrored as an instance. You can't attach an instance. Select one of the faces, go to the modifier stack, right click on "Editable Poly" and choose "Make Unique". Now you will be able to Attach.
