Auto Desk Inventor 2012 (Student) Install help!?!

Hi, I recently just downloaded Inventor 2012 as a student. I downloaded it, took maybe 3 hours. But when I got done, I put the product key in and everything. Everything is going out well until the very end. I'm installing it, it gets to probably 2 steps in and says failed to install. Well I don't get why it does that. Could it be something wrong with my computer, please help!

 

I'm running a Windows Vista Home Premium with a 3 gigabyte ram left. Also a 32-bit operating system, (yes I downloaded the right one)

Did you turn off anti-virus and UAC during install?

I just re-downloaded it a few hours ago and it just finished now. I'll have that picture in about 30 minutes. (takes a while for it to open and extract)
