jennifera Posted October 16, 2008 Posted October 16, 2008 For a 24x36 setup in paperspace, the actual page seems to be just smaller than 24x36. So when xreffing title blocks and ArchD pages theres always two edges that are just over the page size. Also, there doesnt seem to be a snap to paper edge available when creating the paperspace layout so when placing the initial 24x36 viewport ive just been zooming into the edge/corner really closely and placing it manually. any suggestions? cpriedel Posted October 16, 2008 Posted October 16, 2008 I think you start from the wrong end with your Layout. Try and insert your TB at 0,0 (insertion Point) 1st than set up you Layout Sheet in the printer. When you select your paper size and select "Extents" as your plot area the "Paper" adjusts to the correct position. As for your Titelblock: You have to take the printable Area of your plotter into consideration, which is usually smaller than the actual Sheet Size. Hope that helped you a little bit Quote
hotrodz0321 Posted October 16, 2008 Posted October 16, 2008 do what cpriedel said...only if you use extents it will cut half the width of the polyline that you are using for your border....afterwards go back into page setup and set it to layout Quote
