Text in a radius

How do you create text inside a circle so it bends with it, like the lettering on a coin. I did it using one letter, then using the rotate command to arrange the text but that seems to take ages, so is there a better way to do this? any help will be appreciated

There should be something called "ar Aligned text" in your express tools pulldown...see if that works
