Start using Autodesk Inventor

Hi everyone, I start using Autodesk Inventor 2012 and I have no idea because I always had to use autocad, I'm an engineer work of art and I would like to use it to model 3D bridges and increase my productivity. So if you have good tutorials pdf or videos that will explain step by step inventor, ie the setting, drawing, exit plans I'd be the happiest in the world. thank you
