I am trying to create toolpalettes and have the loded onto each computer on the server via a central file on the server.

Here is what I tried, I created a standard folder on the server and added to the support files for toolpalettes to the files tab in options. I havwe removed the other folder which were there as standard on my computer, now I am unable to create new toolpalettes or add commands, I can create a blank toolpalette but nothing can be added, and when the program is shut down and restarted the new palette is gone.

This is really wrecking my head now, especially as I know it is my own doing lol

you know the standard file path for acadmep toolpalette locations or content, like I say really not too sure what they were in the first case, just a good example of me thinking I know more than I actually do lol

Soo annoying

O.I.E. (Operator Induced Error). You deleted it. Should it not be in your Recycle Bin?

Can you not reload the default Profile to get all the old file directories back? If not, just run a Repair option from inserting the disc back into the drive. This is a good example as to why you always make a new profile as soon as you install any version of AutoCAD. Anyways, do one of the two above and you should be all set. Or if you want to manually get them back, AutoCAD MEP 2012 default Tool Palette paths are as follows for the Imperial profile (I assume you're using the Metric profile, but just for reference):

C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\MEP 2012\enu\support\WorkspaceCatalog(USImperial)

Probably the reason you can't do anything for the current Tool Palettes is the Read/Write permissions. Also note, Tool Palettes, you don't have to replace the current path, you can add a path, leaving the existing Palettes to remain.
