export problem while exporting autocad to solidworks

i made a drawing in autocad , so when i import it to solid works it is scaled very large as an example i made a disk plate in autocad its dia was 100mm(4in) when i exported it to ACIS format for solidworks and when opoened it in solidworks its dia became 100inches . how can i solve this problem???
