dimension

Have you defined your dimension style properly in the dim style manager? On the Primary Units tab of the MODIFY DIMENSIONAL STYLE dialog box you should select ENGINEERING on the linear dimensions FORMAT field.

thanks for this. but i have tried this but this cannot help me what i need is my engineering dimension is like "4'14 insead of 14'4"

 

Post a small DWG file in which you are having this problem? It should be very simple to sort out. Have you inadvertently, or otherwise, entered a TEXT OVERRIDE value into the dimension?
