2D block to 3D blocks

There is no magic button that will, in one step, change a 2D block to a 3D block. The 2D block would have to be exploded then the user would have to use the necessary 3D modeling commands to create the 3D object. Once created it could be saved as a block.

It could be as easy as using presspull, extrude or sweep. Show an example of what you want to convert from 2D to 3D.

You do not have to EXPLODE the 2D block to make it a 3Dblock. You can use the Refedit tool bar to modify your block and then save it.In doing this, it will update all of that block name, meaning if you have multipleblocks with that name in the same file, they will all update.

We don't know if the OP has a dozen copies of the same 2D block or one dozen, different, 2D blocks.
