Sorry, if I'm not using the right terms. I'm kinda new to the Civil 3D. With that said, I am trying to add northing and easting to the profile entities of that is built within the profile layout tools geometry. in it, it shows PVI sta, PVI elev, Grade in, Grade out, etc., but no northing and/or easting. Please help!!!

Thanks for moving it to the proper place. I'm new to CADTutor.

It sounds like you have built a profile and want an alignment too. The way we work is with both a profile and alignment. These two objects work together when we do things like creating a corridor or cross sections.

I already have the alignment where the profile came from. I need to locate the northing and easting where the PVI stationing are located, so that i could create a spreadsheet showing the station, northing, easting, delta radius, length, etc.

One way to go about it is to right click on your alignment > edit alignment geometry > click grided alignment button > right click on top bar and choose to display Pass Through Points > copy the data and paste into spreadsheet. Create a Feature Line from your alignment and profile > right click on Feature Line > choose Elevation Editor > copy and paste into spreadsheet. It will take some massaging to make it pretty, but I think this brute force method will give you what your'e after.
