Lee Mac Posted October 22, 2008 Posted October 22, 2008 I am using ACAD 2004, so things may be slightly different, but: Go to 'Tools', 'Options', and click on the 'Profiles' Tab. You will see options to Import and Export Profiles. Hope this Helps. Quote
GhostRider Posted October 22, 2008 Posted October 22, 2008 Lt doesn't use profiles as I remember, does it have migration to copy settings and menu's , I'm not sure if it does or not Quote
dboy413 Posted October 22, 2008 Author Posted October 22, 2008 there is not a profile tab on lt 08 Quote
dboy413 Posted October 22, 2008 Author Posted October 22, 2008 what do you mean by migration is there a menu option for that? Quote
GhostRider Posted October 22, 2008 Posted October 22, 2008 From the help file: You can migrate your custom settings and files from previous releases of AutoCAD LT (AutoCAD LT 2000 through AutoCAD LT 2005) to AutoCAD LT 2006. It is recommended that you migrate from a previous release when you first use AutoCAD LT 2006 or soon thereafter. Migrating right away prevents you from overwriting files or having to keep track of any custom settings you may make in the new release. Quote
dboy413 Posted October 22, 2008 Author Posted October 22, 2008 i figured out thanks so much!!! I just typed in migrate settings in the help and 2 option came up. Quote
