Globally edit text string with constant number

Can we edit the code and make this to work on every selected number to reduce by the constant number supplied in the code for easting, Northing and Elevation.

I downloaded the file and tried to do this on normal text, unfortunately no success.

I guess It can be done CADWORKER, you need to give more details though, like conditions when and when not to process the coordinates, layers, string format, textsyle... and the like, I honestly cant remember what the previous code is all about
