captainm Posted October 22, 2008 Posted October 22, 2008 I'm having a problem with my hatch lines coming out too close unless I scale them up (x1000 +). I've set the ltscale of the model drawing drawing to 1 and have selected ANSI31 hatch pattern. I don't have this problem usually. All other line styles look ok but I don't know why I'm having to use such a large scaling factor. Quote
rkmcswain Posted October 22, 2008 Posted October 22, 2008 LTSCALE has no effect on hatches. What is HPSCALE set to? Quote
BikeGuy Posted October 22, 2008 Posted October 22, 2008 Is the 1000+ what you put in the hatch scale dialogue box? Try posting the dimensions of the object you want to hatch and a screenshot of your hatch screen (shift-printscreen). the uploaded shot is the default hatch option. You could also try a different hatch pattern. Quote

captainm Posted October 23, 2008 Author Posted October 23, 2008 Is the 1000+ what you put in the hatch scale dialogue box? Yes - i'm having to put 1000 (or more) in the hatch scale dialogue box. The dims of the object are 4000 x 5000mm Quote
mugshot Posted October 23, 2008 Posted October 23, 2008 what scale are you using anyway? try midifying your dimension style, look for the scale. Quote
mugshot Posted October 23, 2008 Posted October 23, 2008 ... sometimes using a scale of 1000, it means that you start from mm. so your hatches must be done also in mm. Quote
