chubster41 Posted July 20, 2006 Posted July 20, 2006 hmm interesting...cuz I get that soemtimes but only with certain drawings..... for usually when i ctrl+c a drawing or an object it takes about a second to take then I can paste it but in some drawings I ctrl+c then and pick and it highlights but it doesnt process it so when I try to paste it, it doesnt work.. Im thinking there's a lock feature like u asked, but I dont know it any help would be appreciated Quote
CarlB Posted July 20, 2006 Posted July 20, 2006 Try this: Using the menu, Tools>>Options>>User Preference>>Windows Standard behavior, check "Windows Std accelerator keys" Quote
chubster41 Posted July 20, 2006 Posted July 20, 2006 doesnt do anything for me I get this maybe this is why ARX_ERROR: eNotThatKindOfClass Quote
kpblc Posted July 21, 2006 Posted July 21, 2006 > chubster41 : I think this error generated by Proxy-objects. You can't copy-paste proxy objects. But if you'll explode them, contents of proxy-objects will be available for Copy-Paste operations. Quote
Groutie Posted July 21, 2006 Posted July 21, 2006 Hmm, I'm probably showing my age, but 'ctrl+c' used to mean cancel, same as 'esc'. I'm sure things have moved on Quote
Tom1024 Posted March 18, 2009 Posted March 18, 2009 I have this troubles with ctrl+c and ctrl+v too. Finally I find out that it is block maked from 3d objects contains ARX objects. When I explode that block or remove it from the selection, ctrl+c and ctrl+v works correctly. Quote
